Preparation Process

The aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer, alcohol-soluble thermoplastic resin, and (meth)acrylate reactive monomer are first mixed to form a uniform UV-curable resin system. The photoinitiator system and functional additives are then incorporated under controlled mixing conditions.

MT61701 is gradually added into the gel system and dispersed under controlled low-shear mixing conditions to achieve uniform pigment distribution while maintaining the optical structure and magnetic response of the pigment particles. The final viscosity is adjusted to balance application performance, storage stability, and magnetic particle mobility before UV/LED curing evaluation.
