At BOSCOM Pigments, we aim to process and ship orders efficiently and reliably.
1. Order Processing & Lead Time
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
- Sample Orders: typically processed within 2–3 business days
- Standard / Custom Products: Estimated lead times are provided in quotations or order confirmations and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customization requirements, and production scheduling.
2. Shipping Methods
- Sample Orders: We use established international logistics providers for delivery. For certain orders, shipments may be split into two separate parcels for safe and efficient transportation. This is a normal arrangement. Please refer to the shipping details shown at checkout for specific information.
- Standard / Custom Products: Shipping methods are arranged based on order requirements. Please contact us for a tailored logistics solution and quotation.
3. Delivery Time
- Sample Orders: Typical international transit time is approximately 12–15 business days
- Standard / Custom Products: Delivery timelines will be provided based on order specifics
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, logistics, or seasonal factors.
4. Shipping Costs
- Sample Orders: Shipping costs are borne by the customer as shown at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.
- Standard / Custom Products: Shipping costs will be quoted based on order specifics.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country. In some cases, such charges may not apply, depending on local customs practices.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after shipment. For orders shipped in multiple parcels, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each parcel.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date
- Provide order details and supporting evidence
We will coordinate with logistics providers to support investigation and resolution where applicable
