At BOSCOM Pigments, our products are supplied primarily for testing, evaluation, and professional use. 

This policy applies to sample orders only. Bulk orders and custom products are subject to separate terms agreed upon individually.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refunds are only accepted for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products caused by our error

Not eligible:

  • Differences in color or appearance
  • Application incompatibility
  • Changes in customer requirements or expectations

2. Product Evaluation

Customers are responsible for evaluating suitability prior to commercial use.

3. Request Process

4. Refunds

If a return or claim is approved:

  • Refunds apply only to product value
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Replacements may be offered depending on product availability and issue type.
