5. Returns and Refunds

  • Samples and small-quantity orders are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds or replacements are provided only for confirmed defective or damaged goods
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

8. Custom Orders

Custom-developed pigments are based on specifications provided by the customer.

  • Custom orders are final once production has begun
  • Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective
  • Variations in color, appearance, or performance may occur depending on application conditions

We are not responsible for discrepancies resulting from incomplete or changing specifications provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of BOSCOM and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
